Were looking for a
Senior Analyst of Data & Analytics
to join our team. This is a hybrid role: part business translator, part hands-on analyst. Youll lead client conversations, frame problems, and design solutions, while also writing SQL, shaping data models, and designing data solutions in partnership with our engineering team. Youll collaborate closely with our data engineering team to bring solutions to life, ensuring clients not only get clean data, but also actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone who has led analytics workstreams end-to-end: from stakeholder discovery, to SQL/dbt modeling, to delivering reporting and insights. Over time, youll grow into owning full project delivery, scaling frameworks across the company, and contributing to Data Cultures external brand by sharing your perspectives, learnings, and ideas. Youll also get exposure to many different types of companies, tech stacks, and business teams from finance, marketing, growth, executive, and more while working with modern tools to deliver impact. What Youll Do
Lead analytics workstreams as the main point of contact, growing into full project ownership. Lead discovery sessions and translate needs into clear specs. Write SQL, validate data, and guide model design with engineers. Wireframe dashboards and collaborate on BI builds (Sigma, Looker, Power BI, Omni). Maintain documentation and reusable frameworks. What Were Looking For
Experience 3 - 6 years in data, analytics, or consulting roles. Strong SQL: youre comfortable querying large datasets and debugging logic. Familiarity with dbt or similar transformation tools a plus; able to specify and validate model logic. Proven ability to deliver clear reporting and business insights to stakeholders. Exposure to modern data stack (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift, Git workflows, cloud platforms). Skills & Mindset Curious & always learning
