Position Specific Description
Join our dynamic HR team and lead transformational change by driving measurable process improvements through strategic data analysis and innovative technology automation. In this analytical role, you'll use business insights to identify inefficiencies, design optimized workflows and implement automated solutions that deliver tangible business results. You'll work with data to measure success, identify trends, and continuously refine HR processes for maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities
Data-Driven Analysis: Review process metrics, performance reports, and business data to identify improvement opportunities and track results using standard reporting tools
Process Redesign: Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and create standardized, efficient workflows supported by clear performance indicators
Process Optimization: Redesign existing workflows using lean methodologies and automation to eliminate redundancies and accelerate service delivery
Performance Measurement: Work with existing dashboards and reports to monitor process efficiency, track automation success, and provide meaningful insights to leadership
Trend Analysis: Use historical data and business reports to identify patterns, anticipate process challenges, and recommend resource optimization
Technology Implementation: Select and deploy automation tools based on business needs assessments, cost-benefit reviews, and expected impact outcomes
Technology Innovation: Partner with IT to identify, evaluate, and implement HR technology solutions including automation tools, AI-powered systems, and self-service platforms
Continuous Improvement: Monitor process performance through regular reporting, identify areas for enhancement, and implement practical, data-supported improvements
Business Case Development: Create clear, business-focused proposals for process changes and technology investments, including cost savings and efficiency projections
Benchmarking & Best Practices: Review industry practices and internal performance data to identify gaps and implement proven improvement strategies
What You'll Bring
Experience in process improvement with proven success using business metrics and reporting
Six Sigma Yellow Belt (required) with track record of leading successful improvement projects
Comfort with standard business tools (Excel, reporting systems) and ability to interpret data for decision-making
Experience building practical business cases with cost-benefit analysis
Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
Experience with business intelligence tools (ServiceNow, Power BI) or reporting platforms
Background in HR metrics or operational improvement

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Works with Information Technology to define work required to execute business cases and makes business decisions on value added features and business priorities
Evaluates project ideas and develops business cases and accelerate portfolios
Provides operational process support and manages partner relationships to understand business objectives and impact of changes
Identifies system requirements, design and testing for approved system business cases
Conducts process improvement analysis
Gathers data, reports on key metrics and utilizes tools and technologies to analyze improvement opportunities
Troubleshoots system issues, follows up on process system requirements, supports application replacement initiatives, new technology evaluation and proof of concept completion
Evaluates risks from policy and process changes to business unit performance and compliance
Facilitates process improvement meetings
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School Grad / GED
Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
Experience: 6+ years
Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified
