We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Talent & Culture Leader to champion the full employee experience — from recruitment to recognition — across two hotels, ensuring both properties attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent.

As the Complex Talent & Culture Leader, you’ll partner with department leaders and senior leadership to shape and support a culture of excellence. You’ll serve as the key driver of recruitment strategy, team engagement, and talent development across both properties. Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy & Execution

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both hotels, ensuring timely, high-quality hiring.

Develop and maintain compelling job postings and leverage online platforms, social media, and community partnerships to enhance visibility and applicant flow.

Maintain strong relationships with colleges, vocational programs, and community organizations to build talent pipelines.

People-First Programs & Engagement

Oversee onboarding and orientation experiences that inspire new hires and set them up for success.

Lead performance management, engagement, and employee recognition programs to drive morale and retention.

Partner with property and corporate leadership to continuously enhance employee experience and workplace culture.

Facilitate training and development initiatives that foster growth, inclusion, and leadership readiness.

Develop and implement a consistent and engaging internal communication strategy.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

Work cross-functionally with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop talent strategies that support operational excellence.

Act as a strategic advisor to property leaders on HR matters, employee relations, and culture-building best practices

Compliance & HR Policy Leadership

Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal employment laws, including wage and hour regulations, EEO standards, FMLA, ADA, and other relevant labor laws.

Maintain and implement HR policies, procedures, and documentation in line with corporate and legal standards.

Support audits and reporting requirements, while serving as the subject matter expert on compliance issues for property leadership.

Lead employee relations investigations and support resolution in a fair, confidential, and legally compliant manner.

Stay current on employment law updates and ensure proactive policy adjustments to maintain compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)

2–5 years of progressive HR or Talent Management experience, hospitality industry preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire

Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-driven

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Paychex or similar HRIS systems preferred

Proven ability to build trust, relationships, and credibility at all levels

Positive, engaging, and energetic personality with a passion for service and people
