Laguna Development Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized
Banquet Sales Coordinator
to join our team at
Route 66 Casino Hotel . In this dynamic role, you will coordinate meeting and event services for group business, social events, and conventions-ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly. From planning and logistics to billing and client communication, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for guests and driving revenue through banquets, hotel accommodations, and catering. You'll also collaborate across departments to manage Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), support post-event evaluations, and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have at least
1 year of experience in hotel, casino, or food and beverage sales , along with strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and candidates must obtain
ServSafe and alcohol service certifications
within 30-90 days of hire. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and lift up to 50 lbs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Kronos systems is required.
