What we are looking for:
indiGO Auto Group’s Northern California region, comprised of Porsche Marin, Audi Marin, Volkswagen Marin, Porsche San Francisco, and Ferrari Silicon Valley, is seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment, in a cohesive and inclusive HR team.
This position will primarily office out of our Marin campus, but will be required to visit our San Francisco and Silicon Valley stores on a regular basis.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:
- Collaborate with dealership managers to identify staffing needs, and manage the entire hiring process from posting jobs, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
- Support company-wide and departmental initiatives and events such as: organizing and attending quarterly lunches with team members, playing an integral role in the performance review process, and supporting other communication efforts as they are created.
- Present quarterly updates to our top dealership management team, acting as a partner to management in key discussions about our people and how we can support our teams.
- Conduct energetic and thorough new hire orientations for all regional dealerships.
- Facilitate terminations and ensure state and federal compliance throughout the termination process.
- Administer all leaves of absence (FMLA, CFRA, PFL, etc.) and act as main point of contact while employee is out.
- Act as main point of contact for Workers Compensation claims.
- Ensure all employee benefits enrollments are transferred over to carriers and ensure timely completion of the coding insurance bills each month for dealerships.
- Respond to employee and management concerns, elevating to HR Manager and/or Director of HR when necessary.
- Update and maintain compliant legal posters and notices as required.
- Other ad hoc projects as assigned by HR Manager and/or Director of HR.
The opportunity is for you if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3-7 years’ experience in a human resources role required.
- Previous ADP Workforce Now experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ability to be insured to operate a motor vehicle.
- Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check.
Pay range for this role is: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, dependent on experience.
