Key responsibilities for the COO/Integrator include business operations and financial leadership, owning the P&L, and ensuring the company's day-to-day operations are efficient, profitable, and aligned with the visionary's direction. The role also involves leading EOS meetings, championing company culture, and partnering with HR on staffing and employee engagement. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, accessible leader, with a strong background in manufacturing operations, and a proven track record in P&L management.
Applicants for the COO/Integrator position at the company should have a minimum of 3 years' experience at the Director or VP level, with a focus on leading operations and cross-functional departments. A background in manufacturing operations, hands-on experience with ERP systems, and a Bachelor's degree or higher are required.
