About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Integrator to join their team. The ideal candidate for this role is a strategic, people-driven leader with an owner's mindset, ready to step into a top leadership position in the future. Key responsibilities for the COO/Integrator include business operations and financial leadership, owning the P&L, and ensuring the company's day-to-day operations are efficient, profitable, and aligned with the visionary's direction. The role also involves leading EOS meetings, championing company culture, and partnering with HR on staffing and employee engagement. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, accessible leader, with a strong background in manufacturing operations, and a proven track record in P&L management.

Applicants for the COO/Integrator position at the company should have a minimum of 3 years' experience at the Director or VP level, with a focus on leading operations and cross-functional departments. A background in manufacturing operations, hands-on experience with ERP systems, and a Bachelor's degree or higher are required. The role demands a leader with a strong production understanding, original thinking, and a commitment to continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be a cultural champion, with a focus on integrity, trustworthiness, and financial result accountability.
