Candidates for the Executive Director position must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with advanced degrees and professional certifications strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in research compliance, particularly within an academic medical center, hospital, or research-intensive healthcare organization, is required. The role demands deep knowledge of research regulations and practical application in clinical research settings, as well as a proven track record in developing and overseeing compliance programs. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate a strong commitment to integrity, accountability, and ethical research practices.
