About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Pricing and Packaging Strategy to lead the development and management of global pricing and packaging strategies for its product portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, leading, and managing all aspects of the pricing and packaging strategy, with a focus on driving significant business growth through new customer acquisition, and retention. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in SaaS businesses, particularly in B2B, and a deep understanding of various pricing models and processes. The Vice President will be expected to use analytics, data, and research to identify opportunities for pricing and packaging improvements, and to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the effectiveness of pricing strategies.

Applicants for the Vice President of Pricing and Packaging Strategy position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in SaaS businesses, with at least 5 years in a pricing and packaging leadership role. The role demands a leader who is adept at communicating and influencing across technical and non-technical teams, including the C-Suite. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading pricing and packaging initiatives that have a material impact on monetization and revenue. A strong educational background in a STEM discipline is preferred, and experience with pricing platforms is a plus.
