The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis (SVP, FP&A) to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a strategic finance executive with a proven track record in leading large-scale financial planning and analysis functions within a complex, global organization. This role is pivotal in driving the company's financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management processes, and will involve close partnership with executive leadership to provide financial insights, evaluate business performance, and guide data-driven decision-making. The SVP, FP&A will also be responsible for aligning financial strategy with business goals, supporting growth, efficiency, and profitability, and will serve as a thought partner to the CFO, CEO, and Board of Directors.
Applicants for the SVP, FP&A position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive finance experience, with at least 7 years' in senior FP&A leadership roles. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
