The Company is in search of a visionary and collaborative Executive Director to lead its mission and growth. The successful candidate will work closely with an active Board of Directors to provide strategic leadership, manage daily operations, and ensure the organization's long-term financial health. Key responsibilities include setting annual priorities, developing and implementing multi-year revenue and conservation strategies, and guiding the organization in securing operational and stewardship funds. The Executive Director will also lead fundraising initiatives, maintain donor records, and oversee the organization's compliance with nonprofit regulations and land trust standards.
Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred) and a proven track record in fundraising, including grant writing and donor relations.
