About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join their executive leadership team. The CHRO will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive HR strategy that is in line with the organization's mission and goals, particularly in the behavioral health and wellness sector. This includes ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, fostering a workplace environment that supports staff well-being and development, and leading initiatives in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. The successful candidate will also be tasked with workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention, as well as overseeing all HR programs related to compensation, benefits, performance management, and training and development.
Applicants for the CHRO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and HR certification is strongly preferred. A minimum of 5 years' progressive HR leadership experience is required, with a background in behavioral health, healthcare, or human services settings being strongly preferred. The role demands a deep knowledge of labor law, compliance regulations, and HR best practices in healthcare, as well as proven success in leading organizational change and talent strategy.
