About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its innovative, women-led conservation model. The successful candidate will be responsible for full executive leadership, including setting strategy, strengthening systems, expanding resources, and advancing the organization's global reputation. This role requires a strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to provide effective leadership to a large, globally distributed team. The CEO will also serve as a persuasive, collaborative external spokesperson, advocate, and fundraiser. Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in Portuguese, Shona, or Ndebele highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading distributed teams, managing operations across diverse cultures and legal environments, and a deep understanding of conservation, humanitarian relief, and women's leadership in conservation.
