The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to the President of Intelligent Spaces, playing a pivotal role in the development and execution of a people strategy that aligns with the business's growth and innovation objectives. This senior leadership position involves leading a global team of HR professionals, leveraging people analytics, and driving organizational effectiveness through the design and alignment of structures, roles, and workflows. The role also includes supporting mergers, acquisitions, and business integrations, as well as providing strategic guidance to executive leaders across the talent lifecycle.
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive experience in HR, business strategy, or organizational development, with a strong background in acquisitions, integrations, and change management. The role requires a proven track record of building and leading high-performing HR teams, as well as the ability to influence strategic decisions and translate business strategy into actionable HR solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in global talent management, total rewards strategy, and a strong educational background, with a Bachelor's degree in business administration and a preference for a Master's degree in HR or business administration. The position demands exceptional communication, influencing, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to connect HR strategy to business outcomes.
