About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for its DigiCut business unit, a software product that provides cutting solutions for the automotive films distribution business. The successful candidate will be the Executive Leader responsible for the strategic, operational, and commercial aspects of the business, with a focus on driving growth, innovation, and service excellence. This hands-on, cross-functional leadership role demands a leader with a minimum of 10 years' experience in B2B SaaS, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position, and a proven track record in P&L management, growth strategy, and cross-functional leadership. The VP will be tasked with owning the full P&L for the DigiCut division, defining and executing business unit strategy, and championing the product development roadmap to enhance customer value and market differentiation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, be data-driven, and possess exceptional leadership and communication skills. Experience in the automotive window/paint protection film industry and with cutting software is a plus, as is a background in social media marketing and engagement strategies. The role requires a leader who can build and lead a high-performing team, foster cross-functional alignment, and influence the organization to support a customer-first approach. Key performance metrics for the role include recurring revenue growth, customer acquisition, and product development pipeline. The VP will also be responsible for operational execution, ensuring a seamless customer journey from order to installation, and will be expected to travel 10-20% of the time.
