About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the President & CEO. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner, overseeing the execution of organizational goals and priorities. This role involves managing daily operations to ensure business efficiency, timely execution, and accountability, as well as leading cross-functional initiatives and serving as a project manager for special projects and high-profile events. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for establishing best practices, streamlining workflows, and supporting executive decision-making through preparation of materials and collaboration.
Key responsibilities for the Chief of Staff include facilitating key meetings, post-meeting follow-up, and representing the President & CEO in internal discussions. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with the ability to maintain overall cohesion in various initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a background in project management, be adept at resource allocation, and have experience in social media to act as an ambassador for the organization. Additionally, the Chief of Staff will provide leadership to the General Counsel and VP of Business & Legal Affairs and handle special projects and duties as assigned.
