Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have 7-10+ years' of finance leadership experience in a private equity-backed setting, with a preference for those with a background in business-to-government or government contracting. The role requires a strong accounting background, experience in M&A transactions, and a proven track record in building scalable finance functions. Deep expertise in FP&A, cash flow forecasting, and financial modeling is essential, as is experience in leading compliance, risk management, and board and lender reporting. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to HR oversight, be adept at working with automation and billing platforms, and have experience in implementing new ERP systems in a resource-constrained environment. The CFO will also be expected to partner with the executive team to refine the company's value creation plan and lead the organization through an efficient budgeting process.
