The Executive Director will also be heavily involved in fundraising, partnering with the events and financial development team to secure new sponsor relationships, manage major donor relationships, and develop new fundraising strategies.
Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a college degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 10 years in sport management and nonprofit leadership, preferably with a background in competitive snowsports.
