About the Role
The Company is seeking a Mobility Design and Solutions Manager - Senior Vice President to oversee and maintain strategic relationships with approved vendors, ensuring the delivery of cost-effective and practical mobility solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for program analytics, including vendor performance, and will manage a global team of MDS specialists. Key responsibilities include developing and sustaining long-standing vendor relationships, leading the supplier selection and onboarding process, and defining strategies to leverage supplier resources. The role also involves problem resolution, communication of service-related concerns, and the measurement of program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in global mobility program management or a related field, with extensive knowledge of mobility policies, compensation and benefits, relocation, immigration, and tax. The role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent organizational, planning, and decision-making skills, who is adept at influencing and managing relationships at all levels. The candidate should be resilient, able to work under pressure, and possess strong analytical, technical, and presentation skills. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred, and the ability to adapt technical content to different audiences is essential. The role demands a high level of numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management.
