About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) with a strong background in multi-site operations to lead and drive strategic growth, culture, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations across multiple campuses, ensuring high-quality service, resident satisfaction, and financial sustainability. This role involves the development and execution of strategic plans, capital investments, and performance metrics that are in line with the organization's goals. The COO will also be tasked with fostering a culture that is grounded in the company's values, promoting employee engagement, and ensuring exceptional resident care.
Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with a preference for those holding a degree in a relevant field. A minimum of 10 years' executive leadership experience in multi-site retirement housing, senior living, healthcare, or hospitality is required, along with a proven track record of overseeing complex operations and delivering results. Strong financial acumen, an understanding of operational and regulatory compliance, and a commitment to faith-based leadership are essential. The ideal candidate will have outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, and the ability to inspire teams and lead with integrity. Licensure or certifications in Nursing Home Administration, HUD Housing, or Real Estate (Arizona) are preferred, and bilingual (Spanish) skills, as well as experience in Assisted Living, are a plus.
