About the Role
The Company is in search of a visionary, strategic, and relational leader to fill the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and growing the organization, with a strong focus on community health and a deep understanding of the role of federally qualified healthcare centers (FQHCs) in the healthcare landscape. This includes overseeing a large, mission-focused team, working closely with the Board of Directors, and being the primary spokesperson for the organization. The CEO will be expected to define and promote a vision that encompasses the expansion, development, integration, and enhancement of services, particularly for underserved populations.
Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a proven track record of leadership in community health, with a specific emphasis on FQHCs. The role requires a leader who is dedicated to the community-based mission, with a genuine desire to engage with and understand the history and needs of the community. Experience in working with a Board of Directors and driving operational change is essential.
