About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a key member of the President's Cabinet, with a focus on fostering collaboration, enhancing communication, and advancing strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be a trusted senior advisor, known for their diplomatic and forward-thinking approach, and will play a vital role in ensuring the President's vision is effectively translated into action. This includes coordinating efforts across the leadership, supporting institutional priorities, and facilitating stakeholder engagement. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for the daily operations of the President's Office and supervising professional staff in that office.
