About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director to lead its mission-driven, Christ-centered organization. The successful candidate will be a spiritually mature, gospel-centered leader with a clear commitment to the sanctity of life and a deep love for Christ, people, and the mission of the organization. This role requires an experienced organizational executive who can oversee all aspects of the organization, including finances, facilities, HR, medical services, and compliance. The Executive Director will be a compelling communicator, a strategic thinker, and a collaborative team builder, responsible for setting clear goals, growing client reach, and leading initiatives to expand the organization's impact.
The ideal Executive Director for the company will be a servant-hearted leader, capable of leading a dedicated team, stewarding resources wisely, and strengthening partnerships with churches, donors, and community stakeholders. They should be equally comfortable in a prayer circle and a boardroom, and able to champion the organization's voice in the community with grace and excellence. The role is pivotal in continuing the legacy of the retiring Executive Director and requires a leader who can work hard, show love tangibly, and is ready to roll up their sleeves to serve alongside the team. The foundation is strong, the mission is clear, and the fundraising potential is ripe for someone who can build trusted relationships and cast a compelling vision.
