About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Marketing to lead the expansion of its marketing team and play a pivotal role in the growth of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for team and budget management, demand generation, brand and content strategy, product marketing, and the development of strategic partnerships. This role demands a master communicator and leader with a results-driven, data-driven, and GSD attitude. The VP of Marketing will be expected to be a well-rounded professional, capable of managing a diverse set of tasks and a voracious learner, always ready to tackle new challenges.

As the VP of Marketing, you will be at the forefront of the company's mission to provide cutting-edge technology and a merchant-first mindset. The role involves working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and a growing marketing team to ensure that the company's goals are translated into effective marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling high-performing teams and will be instrumental in increasing the company's market share while enhancing the customer experience. A key focus will be on demand generation, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing, and the development of a robust brand and content strategy to support the sales process. The VP of Marketing will also be involved in product marketing, refining the roadmap, and leading the development of the company's partnership ecosystem.
