About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive team. The CFO will be a key player in the organization's financial operations, with a focus on strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. This role requires a leader with a deep commitment to the mission of providing high-quality behavioral health care, and experience in the healthcare or behavioral health industry is preferred. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing the finance and accounting team, and providing high-level financial insights and recommendations for growth.

Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a proven track record as a CFO or senior financial executive, with expertise in GAAP, internal controls, and audit practices. A CPA, MBA, or similar financial credential is preferred. The CFO will also be involved in identifying financial risks and developing mitigation strategies. Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus.
