Receptionist Security Officer
opportunity at a
professional corporate client site in Stratham, NH.
This role involves maintaining a safe and secure environment, greeting and assisting visitors, managing access control, and representing Securitas with professionalism, vigilance, and integrity. Receptionist Officers serve as the first point of contact, ensuring both security and a welcoming environment.
Current Opening
Full-Time:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate:
$25.00/hour
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Reception:
Greet visitors, verify credentials, and direct them to the appropriate contacts. Provide clear, professional communication in person and over the phone.
Access Control:
Monitor and manage entry points, enforce visitor procedures, and ensure only authorized personnel access the site.
Customer Service:
Deliver a positive and professional experience for employees, visitors, and clients. Respond to inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
Incident Response:
Stay alert to potential security or safety issues and follow proper procedures in emergencies.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate logs of visitors, calls, and any security-related activities.
Professional Presence:
Uphold site standards by presenting yourself with a neat and professional appearance at all times.
Qualifications
Experience:
Previous receptionist, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred. Security background is a plus but not required.
Skills:
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional under pressure.
Appearance Standards:
As this is a front-facing role, no visible tattoos, non-traditional hair colors, or facial piercings. Business casual attire is required.
Licensing:
Valid NH State Guard Card or ability to apply for the license will be required.
