The Company is seeking a Head of Customer Identity and Access Management, Managing Director to lead the strategic direction, development, and implementation of its CIAM program. This critical role is focused on ensuring the secure management of customer identities, authentication, and authorization across all access channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the CIAM strategy to support digital transformation and customer engagement goals, overseeing the implementation of CIAM solutions to meet regulatory requirements and best practices, and enhancing the customer experience through seamless, secure, and personalized interactions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, particularly in IT, marketing, and customer service, is essential. The role also involves risk management, monitoring, and reporting, as well as staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies in CIAM to drive innovation.
Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in identity and access management, including at least 5 years in a leadership position, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CIAM principles and best practices, experience with implementing multi-factor authentication and other security mechanisms, and excellent project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
