About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of HIM Coding and Revenue Integrity to oversee and ensure compliance with all regulations related to health information management, coding, and revenue cycle operations. This role requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years' of experience in revenue integrity, HIM, or coding, and a minimum of 3 years' of management experience. The Executive Director will also be tasked with ensuring that all coding and billing practices align with clinical standards and reporting requirements for government and commercial payers.

Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a background in HIM, coding, or CDM maintenance within a large healthcare system, with a preference for those holding relevant certifications.
