Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud data solutions that balance performance, flexibility, and security
- Serve as the go-to expert on Snowflake and multi-cloud data platforms
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and infrastructure teams to build reusable, centralized tooling
- Enable teams across the firm to adopt cloud-native, scalable analytics with minimal friction
- Evaluate and integrate modern cloud technologies and workflows to keep us moving fast
- Contribute to platform governance standards, including access control, cost optimization, and secure data sharing
Qualifications
- Deep experience with Snowflake , plus strong knowledge of AWS or GCP
- Familiarity with cloud-native data architecture patterns and how to scale them securely
- Comfortable switching between architectural planning and hands-on engineering
- Strong understanding of modern data pipelines , governance in regulated environments, and enabling multi-tenant cloud use
- A collaborative, pragmatic mindset — able to partner across teams and solve problems without unnecessary complexity
- Curiosity about emerging tools and a drive to bring practical innovation into day-to-day work
Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $200,000 to $275,000 depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and relevant skill set. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
