Knowledge of door and wall protection products and related divisions. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to read blueprints, elevations, and drawing plans. 2-year technical degree or equivalent work experience. Strong technical writing skills. Highly motivated with the ability to work independently. Effective communicator, both internally and externally. Experience using 3D Rendering software. Primary Duties:
Assist in resolving product issues related to installations, code compliance, and product applications. Assist in product testing and performance evaluation. Provide expertise in building and code compliance based on product lines for domestic and international markets. Write and develop product specifications. Support in product and technical training for employees, distributors, and other stakeholders. Provide technical support for Sales and Customer Service teams. Complete LEED forms for internal/external purposes as a backup role. Collaborate with Interior Design Services and Product Management to develop interior environments showcasing products. Use Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to create photo-real application renderings. Assist in the creation and management of BIM objects. Job Relationships:
Reports to the Senior Director of Product Design & Development. Coordinates with various departments, including Sales, Product Management, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Quality, and Marketing.
