Project Manager

Dynamic Systems, Inc., a leader in complex IT project solutions, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and guide project development and execution within our Project Management & Coordination department. This role requires a strategic thinker who excels in infrastructure, security, and data center projects. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of managing sophisticated projects from inception through completion, ensuring that all objectives are met within time and budget constraints. Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality IT solutions on time and within budget. Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
