Teasdale Fenton is a full-service mitigation, reconstruction, restoration and cleaning company and is looking for an experienced Branch Manager with experience in water, fire, mold, bio clean, remediation, and reconstruction. Branch Manager's work includes a variety of duties ranging from site assessment of damaged property, traveling to and meeting with customers and clients at their facilities, reviewing progress of ongoing projects and inspection of completed work.
Ideal candidate will possess: 5 years' experience managing all aspects of an office providing Water Mitigation and/or Carpet Cleaning services including but not limited to: staffing, profit and loss management, budgeting, safety management, vehicle management, and subcontractor utilization. 5 years' experience managing multiple mitigation restoration projects, including both commercial and residential losses coming from insurance companies and from providing other services. Proven ability to achieve goals. Intermediate level with MS Software, Xactimate and other mitigation industry related software. Requirements
Managing and developing our team of field services specialist & subcontractors Meeting project schedules & profit goals. Create repeat customers by exceeding their expectations for quality and delivery of disaster restoration and cleaning services Exceed company targets for client / customer satisfaction Maintain production capacity through adequate staffing, equipment, and supplies management Hire, train, develop, discipline and discharge employees with support of Human Resource and Upper Management Schedule and oversee maintenance and repairs to all production equipment and vehicles Assign new projects to Estimators and Project Coordinators Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers Assist in writing and updating operating systems Collect overdue receivables Oversee and support Sales/Marketing staff Maintain and exceed TPA standards and practices
