What You'll Do:
As an HVAC Lead Installer, you'll lead residential HVAC installations with quality, precision, and customer satisfaction top of mind. You'll work directly with customers, mentor junior techs, and help drive our reputation for five-star service.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of HVAC installation experience 2-4 years as a Lead Installer
in residential settings EPA certification
and knowledge of installation & venting codes Valid
driver's license
& clean driving record 21+ years old (
company insurance requirement
) Able to pass a
pre-employment drug screen Strong organizational and communication skills High integrity and a customer-first mindset Physical ability to lift 75 lbs, work in tight spaces, and tolerate various weather conditions You'll Thrive Here If You:
