As we continue to evolve our digital marketing and e-commerce strategy, this role will be key to helping us grow our online footprint, drive engagement, and attract new guests through both paid and organic channels.
SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly analytical Digital Marketing & SEO Strategist to help build, optimize, and scale our digital marketing initiatives. We are looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
You'll be joining at a pivotal time - with the opportunity to help shape the function, establish best practices, and gain visibility across both paid and organic digital initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Campaign Execution & Strategy (40%) Manage and optimize campaigns across affiliates, CTV/OTT, geofencing, display, and paid social media. Coordinate cross-functional input, campaign assets, vendor timelines, and tracking. Monitor budget pacing, ROAS, and cost-efficiency; recommend adjustments based on performance. Support A/B testing and contribute to landing page and creative recommendations. SEO Strategy & Execution (30%) Own and execute the SEO roadmap including on-page SEO, keyword targeting, meta descriptions, internal linking, and more. Identify and address technical SEO opportunities in collaboration with our dev and content teams. Track rankings, crawl performance, and site visibility using Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. Provide monthly SEO performance reporting and propose continuous improvement initiatives. Marketing Analysis & Insights (30%) Aggregate and analyze marketing data across Google Ads, Meta, Klaviyo, Salesforce, and additional platforms. Build reporting tools and dashboards (primarily in Excel) to track performance KPIs. Clean and merge data across disjointed systems; support data integrity and standardized reporting. Translate insights into recommendations that help improve channel performance and campaign strategy. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or SEO. Advanced Excel skills (e.g., PivotTables, formulas, large data sets); highly comfortable working with disorganized data. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush or Ahrefs, Klaviyo, Salesforce, Meta Business Manager, etc. Strong project management and communication skills; highly organized with excellent follow-through.
