Trillium Construction is searching for an experienced HVAC foreman in the Milwaukee area.
Our client is a mechanical contractor specializing in residential and commercial projects focusing on plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection, and Electrical. They are now hiring for an HVAC Foreman to help with their busy backlog. This is a direct hire opportunity with an hourly rate of up to $34/hr plus tons of overtime. Benefits include M/V/D, PTO, 401k, Paid Holidays, Company Vehicles, and a sign on bonus of up to $10k.
Duties: • Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians, installers, and apprentices in residential projects. • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties, ensuring compliance with local codes and manufacturer specifications. • Coordinate daily operations, assign tasks, and monitor project timelines. Ensure HVAC projects are completed on time and within budget. • Inspect work and materials to ensure high-quality installations and repairs. Perform troubleshooting and make adjustments as needed. • Act as the point of contact for homeowners, addressing any questions or concerns regarding HVAC systems or installations. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. • Maintain proper inventory of tools, materials, and HVAC equipment. Order supplies as needed and ensure tools are in good working condition. • Maintain accurate records of work completed, time logs, and any change orders. Submit reports to upper management as needed.

Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation and service, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. • No licensing required, but EPA would be helpful • In-depth knowledge of residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. Strong understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and manufacturer specifications. • Strong communication skills to interact with homeowners, team members, and upper management.
