Job Description:
Overall 10+ Years of experience We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to join our team supporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. Implement and monitor cloud governance, compliance, and security policies. Automate cloud provisioning and resource management using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (ARM templates, Terraform, Bicep, etc.). Manage and optimize Azure networking, storage, compute, and identity services. Support migration of on-premises applications and data to Azure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Security, Application teams) to deliver reliable cloud solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Azure environments to ensure uptime and performance. Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of IT experience, with at least 3+ years working on Azure Cloud solutions. Strong knowledge of Azure services (VMs, AKS, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Storage Accounts, App Services, Azure SQL, etc.). Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Proficiency in scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash). Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights). Solid understanding of networking concepts (VNet, NSG, Load Balancers, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute). Knowledge of Azure security best practices (RBAC, Conditional Access, Key Vault, Defender for Cloud).
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect / Azure Administrator. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS). Experience with hybrid cloud and on-prem to Azure migrations.
