Position Overview: As a Software Developer at our firm, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the back end systems that support our trading activities. You will work with a team of skilled developers to handle exchange market data and FIX messages, ensuring our trading operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain high-performance back end systems using C++ and C#. - Handle exchange market data and FIX messages to support trading operations. - Collaborate with front end developers, traders, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. - Optimize and troubleshoot existing software to enhance performance and reliability. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our systems remain cutting-edge. Qualifications: - Proven experience in back end development using C++ and C#. - Strong understanding and experience with handling exchange market data and FIX messages. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. - Competitive salary . - Health and dental insurance. - 401(k) matching. - Flexible work arrangement with the option to work from home part-time.
