Role Responsibilities As a Software Engineer at Emergent, youll help us build the core systems that power our autonomous coding agents. What Youll Do Design and build scalable, low-latency infrastructure for AI model training and inference Collaborate with researchers and product engineers to turn cutting-edge research into real-world developer tools Architect distributed systems that handle large-scale code generation, evaluation, and deployment pipelines Drive zero-to-one engineering efforts with high autonomy and ownership What Youll Bring We value strong builders who can operate with craft, speed, and creativity.
