Job Description
We are seeking an AI Software Support Engineer to assist with customer deployments and initial customer activities (Customer 0).
Evaluate AI solutions from the perspective of the first customer, validating internal implementations, and ensuring feature stability, usability, and scalability prior to public release.
Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for customer deployments.
Create and maintain internal knowledge bases and helpdesk resources.
Engage with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, technology, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience supporting customer-facing AI products.
Experience deploying AI products on the edge.
Additional Information
For roles in California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote locations: The salary range for this role is $119,130 - $178,690. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
