Using Docusigns Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements, leading the industry in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM). What you'll do You will be a key member managing user identities and providing appropriate access across Docusigns product infrastructure. This includes systems like VMs, containers, databases, and network elements. The goal is to integrate identity information from corporate systems, applying roles and policies to govern access, ensuring security by default while maintaining a great user experience. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Manager, Engineering. Responsibilities Design, develop, and operate identity management services for Docusigns infrastructure across private and public clouds, implementing features such as JIT, JML, PIM, PAM, and RBAC in a scalable manner. Collaborate with security, compliance, and engineering teams to build tooling for logging and auditing access activities. Stay updated with current trends and adopt new tools and features accordingly. Participate in an on-call rotation schedule. Work Arrangement Hybrid: Employees split time between in-office and remote work, with a minimum of 2 days/week in the office. Role designations may change based on business needs. Qualifications Basic Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. 2+ years of experience in identity and access management systems. Proficiency with programming and automation tools such as PowerShell, C#, .NET, Ansible, Python, Java, Go, Node.js, Terraform, Docker. Experience developing scalable, secure software solutions and understanding of system infrastructure including auto-scaling, monitoring, and disaster recovery. Preferred Masters degree in Computer Science. Experience with Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, hybrid connectivity, RBAC, PIM/PAM, Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, and hybrid cloud environments. Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with security and compliance teams. Additional Information Pay ranges vary by location, with specific ranges provided for Washington, New Jersey, and New York.
