Glenmont Group's client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a strategic Director of Enterprise Architecture to guide its technology transformation. This senior leadership role will shape the firm's enterprise architecture across infrastructure, applications, data, and cloud platforms, while embedding AI and digital innovation into core business processes.

As a trusted partner to senior leadership, you will play a key role in modernizing legal technology, strengthening security, and creating scalable solutions that support client service excellence and organizational growth.

Your Impact Define and lead the firm's enterprise architecture strategy across infrastructure, applications, cloud, and data platforms. Partner with senior leadership to align business goals with technology innovation and modernization. Mentor and guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver secure, efficient, and scalable solutions. Champion adoption of AI, cloud, and governance best practices to enhance legal operations.

What You Bring

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred or equivalent experience). 10+ years of progressive IT leadership with deep expertise in enterprise architecture. Experience implementing TOGAF standard in EA setting Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP also valuable) and AI integration. Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive collaboration skills; law firm/professional services experience a plus.

$225,000 - $275,000
