- With multiple venues and departments, your next opportunity is always within reach. What you'll do (mostly this...other duties may be assigned):
Greet guests as they enter and help them find their seats. See to the comfort of guests through answering questions, taking orders, conveying special instructions to the kitchen and bar, and serving food and beverages. Circulate the room with trays of appetizers and beverages. Direct guests to necessary services and features. Assist with event preparation, set up, and closing, including setting up and packing away tables, tablecloths, place settings and buffets. Support the other staff to ensure guest satisfaction. Adhere to safety and quality regulations. What you should bring to the table:
High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred 1-3 years relevant experience Your passion for guest-focused service Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Your warmth and most professional manners Ability to delight by anticipating guest needs and responding in a friendly, helpful manner Ability to display a consistently caring and respectful attitude Ability to act as a gracious host to guests, vendors and candidates for employment
