The company is building a secure, collaborative platform designed to streamline communication, traceability, and operational efficiency across highly regulated engineering environments. Senior Software Engineer Role Responsibilities Design and implement robust, secure web platforms built for scalability, uptime, and collaborative user workflows in enterprise settings. Lead development across the stack, enhancing both backend services and frontend interfaces with a focus on speed, usability, and resilience. Manage infrastructure within AWS GovCloud, aligning all deployments with strict compliance requirements such as FedRAMP and NIST. Take ownership of system architecture and engineering quality by reviewing designs, mentoring peers, and guiding critical cross-functional decisions. Requirements 4+ years of experience building large-scale, distributed systems with an emphasis on reliability, long-term maintainability, and high performance. Experience with React on the frontend and modern backend frameworks, including strong fundamentals in API architecture and state management. Comfortable working with LLMs through API integrations, with hands-on knowledge of prompt design and optimization techniques. Strong grasp of secure coding principles and infrastructure-as-code workflows; excellent at writing clear documentation and driving operational excellence.
