Talent & Business Development
professional in San Francisco. This individual will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and attracting top investment and business talent, while supporting strategic growth initiatives across the platform. Base pay range
$150,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruiting efforts for investment and business roles, including sourcing, research, outreach, and process management. Conduct market and competitor mapping to identify high-potential individuals and teams. Assist in crafting compelling narratives and materials for candidate and partner engagement. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent across key geographies and strategies. Collaborate closely with senior team members on business development and platform strategy projects. Qualifications
4–6 years of experience in recruiting, business development, research, or strategic sourcing - ideally within a hedge fund, search firm, or investment bank. Exceptional research and organizational skills; comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; highly resourceful and self-motivated. Demonstrated interest in hedge funds, investing, or human capital strategy. Entrepreneurial culture within an institutional platform. Exposure to senior leadership and a front-row seat to the talent that drives hedge fund performance. Seniority level
