Urgent Hiring: Network Engineer
Location: Pittsburgh, PA/Memphis, TN (60% Onsite)
Key Responsibilities - Design, configure, and implement network solutions based on business requirements and technical specifications. - Deploy routers, switches, wireless controllers, and other network equipment. - Ensure smooth migration from legacy systems to new infrastructure with minimal downtime. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams during implementation phases to manage timelines and dependencies. - Perform network testing and validation to ensure compliance with performance and security standards. - Maintain detailed documentation of network architecture, configuration, and deployment processes. - Troubleshoot complex network issues during and after implementation. - Ensure all network deployments adhere to company policies and industry best practices. - Provide training and handoff to network operations teams post-deployment.
Technical Skills: - Hands on experience with Cisco networking equipment. - Strong knowledge of IP networking, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), switching technologies, and WAN/LAN. - Strong knowledge on IPSec VPNs & VRFs, - Understanding of SD-WAN, VPN, MPLS, and cloud networking (AWS, Azure) is a plus. - Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
Qualifications: - 5+ years of experince in networking domain - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Certifications (preferred but not mandatory): • CCNA, CCNP
