Join a dynamic team where you will play a crucial role in the production process by managing materials and ensuring the smooth operation of stamping, welding, and production lines for small metal parts in the automotive industry. We are looking for individuals with a 'no job is too small' mentality who are ready to take on various tasks to meet production goals.
Responsibilities
- Move materials around the facility efficiently.
- Maintain clear communication and organization during operations.
- Lift and perform manual labor with weights averaging 50 lbs.
- Handle at least 1000 totes per day.
- Transport parts between different totes for better organization.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards.
- Engage in repetitive, non-stationary tasks.
- Participate in materials handling, order picking, inventory control, loading, and unloading.
Essential Skills
- Ability to stand on feet for 10+ hours a day.
- Capability to lift 30+ lbs repeatedly.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing carts or pallet jacks to transport units.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a production facility or warehouse.
- Ability to lift over your head repeatedly.
- Experience as a material handler or warehouse worker.
- Comfortable with manual labor.
- Must be able to interpret and understand all work instructions.
- Completion of all necessary paperwork related to the position.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment with fans throughout the facility to enhance comfort. Be prepared to stand on your feet all day for 8-10 hour shifts. Work collaboratively within a team, having your own station but never working in complete isolation.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.54/hr.
