Roles & Responsibilities: Perform Diagnostic Echocardiography : Conduct transthoracic echo (TTE), stress echo, and assist with transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) under the supervision or direction of cardiologists Patient Preparation & Room Management : Prepare exam rooms, equipment, and supplies. Turn rooms for high patient volume to ensure efficient workflow Schedule Coordination & Support : Assist with organizing daily procedure schedules, including patient transport logistics and managing physician on-call times Equipment Handling & Quality Assurance : Prepare contrast agents such as Definity, disinfect TEE probes, maintain equipment, order supplies, and assist with accreditation data collection for IAC standards ​ Clinical Documentation & System Use : Record detailed patient histories, technologist impressions, and capture images. Use Cerner-based systems (e.g., PowerChart, Ascend, Soarian, iSite) for image storage and medical record updates Description: REQUIREMENTS : ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCS).
