Greet and register patients with professionalism, compassion, and efficiency. Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and process payments. Answer patient inquiries with accuracy and kindness. Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure seamless patient flow. Support the clinic's mission by maintaining accurate records and prioritizing patient-centered service. Previous experience in healthcare or customer service preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families.
