Sandhill Cove

is recruiting for a hospitality-focused Server (20-28 hours per week) to join our culinary team! This role provides full-scope, hands-on serving functions within the community.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dining Room Server:

Prepares service station, sets tables, and completes other opening duties as requested by the Manager. Run food and drinks to tables. Assist in clearing tables in a timely manner. Buss tables after guest service is complete. Attends pre-shift meetings. Anticipates resident and guest needs and reacts appropriately to deliver excellent experiences. Good organizational skills. Breaks down and cleans service area, and carries out other closing duties as requested by the Manager. Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Frequently required to stand and walk for long periods, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch, and twist or reach. Push, pull, or lift to 30 pounds on occasion. Continuous repetitive motions. Periodically work in hot, humid, and/or noisy environments. Benefits:

Starting hourly rate: $15
