Are you a highly skilled CNC Maintenance Technician with a knack for keeping precision machinery in top condition? Norwood Medical is looking for an expert to join our team, specializing in the repair and maintenance of CNC Mills and Lathes. You will play a critical role in ensuring our medical component manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on a variety of CNC Mills and Lathes. Perform both preventative and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime. Calibrate and align machine components, ensuring precision and accuracy. Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and hydraulic diagrams. Work closely with machine operators and production staff to resolve technical issues. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and parts used. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. Requirements
Proven experience as a CNC Maintenance Technician, with a strong focus on Mill and Lathe machine repair. Deep knowledge of CNC machine operations and components (e.g., spindles, ball screws, servos, controllers). Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and diagrams. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree in a related technical field is a plus. Certification in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics) is preferred.
