10+ year of hands on Pega Development experience. The Architect has overall responsibility of the software delivery of the project. Leadership skills. Good communication skills. Experience as a tech lead and managing a team technically. Pega LSA certification is a must. Pega CSSA certified in Pega 7.2 or above version. The Architects responsibilities include: Having a well understanding of the system architecture and functionalities Driving the major technical decisions taken for defining the design including providing rationale for these decisions, balancing the concerns of the various stakeholders, driving down technical risks, and ensuring that decisions are effectively communicated, validated, and adhered.
